Exercise: 🫲 The Hands-Only Tour 🫱

What You'll Need:

  • A comfortable spot like a shower, bath, or even a towel spread on your bed.
  • A jar of your favourite lotion or oil (Coconut oil is our personal fave!)
  • A willingness to explore and love yourself, no holds barred.

What You'll Need:

  • A comfortable spot like a shower, bath, or even a towel spread on your bed.
  • A jar of your favourite lotion or oil (Coconut oil is our personal fave!)
  • A willingness to explore and love yourself, no holds barred.

The Steps:

  •  Set the Scene: Make sure you're in a comfortable, private space. Maybe even light some candles or play soft music to set a calming mood.
  • Pour and Prep: Take a moment to pour your lotion or oil into your palm. Feel its texture. Is it smooth, silky, or maybe a little gritty?
  • Feel the Love: Now channel all the love and positive energy you have inside you into your hands. Your hands are your eyes for this exercise.
  • Start the Journey: Gently glide your hands across your body, starting from your toes, moving upwards.
  • Focus Zones: Pay special attention to the areas you're usually most critical of. Maybe it's your thighs, or perhaps your belly. Allow your hands to linger there and feel the unique contours and texture.
  • Listen to Your Body: Your body will speak to you during this journey. Listen keenly to what it's saying. Are you tense, relaxed, or maybe even emotional?
  • Reflect: After completing the exercise, take a few minutes to reflect. What emotions surfaced? Did you feel a shift in your self-perception?
